Before placing an order, please familiarize yourself with and accept the most important Skold Latvia SIA, joint reg. no. 42103084945 (hereinafter - Skold Latvia) terms of purchase of goods offered.

Since the sale of the goods offered by Skold Latvia also takes place via an offer placed on the Internet, in accordance with Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights of the Republic of Latvia (PTAL), in such a case, when the buyer places an order, a Distance Agreement is concluded between the buyer and the seller.

On the skold.lv website, all prices are indicated including Value Added Tax (21%). The cost of product delivery, rigging and installation service is not included in the stated product price.

You can pay for the ordered product and the selected service by bank transfer after receiving the prepaid invoice.

When placing an order, it is necessary to specify your e-mail address so that we can send an invoice, instructions, delivery note, etc. documentation that is requested.

When ordering the product, we offer you to choose one of two ways of receiving the product: in the warehouse at Krustpils street 31, Riga or paid delivery - the ordered product is delivered to the address specified in the order.

The instructions for use of the product are sent to the customer by e-mail after receiving the product.

Before using the purchased product, please carefully read the instructions for use of the product. The product should be used only in accordance with its manufacturer's instructions, in accordance with the characteristics of the product and the intended purposes of use.

Regarding the availability of the product in the warehouse and the possible deadlines for receiving the product, it is advisable to contact us - by sending an e-mail to [email protected] or by calling 26167827.

If you have decided to cancel the purchase, the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia (PTAL) and the governing Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 255 "Rules on distance contracts" (MK Regulations No. 255) state that the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days and return the product purchased in the online store to the seller. Part 6 of Article 12 of the PTAL stipulates that when refusing a purchase in the case of a distance contract, "the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the period of exercise of the right of withdrawal". It is recommended to keep the product's original packaging, so that when exercising the right of withdrawal in accordance with the terms of the Distance Agreement, the product is not externally mechanically damaged. In order to agree on the return of the product, please contact us by e-mail: [email protected] adding a refusal application. After coordinating the right of withdrawal with the seller, you can return the product by delivering it to the warehouse at Krustpils street 31, Riga.

Please submit a complaint about the quality of the goods electronically by sending it to the e-mail address [email protected]. The complaint is considered within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the complaint. The response is sent to the contact address specified in the complaint.

If the complaint is recognized as unfounded, but you do not agree with it, you have the right to use the alternative dispute resolution options provided for in the regulatory enactments, by submitting a written application to the seller of the goods for out-of-court dispute resolution, stating:

name, surname, contact information;

date of submission of the application;

the nature of the dispute, the claims and their justification.

Information about online dispute resolution (ODR): If there is a problem with a product purchased online, the customer can use the ODR platform to submit a complaint, which will be reviewed by an independent dispute resolution body. If technical problems have arisen during the use of the product, the service of the product will be performed in accordance with the norms of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia. The product warranty service time is specified in its description. When purchasing a product, a delivery note is issued together with the product, which contains information about the service of the specific product. Purchase documents are valid only if they correctly and clearly indicate: product model, date of sale. It is forbidden to make any changes in the purchase documents, delete or overwrite the data specified in them - in this case, the service documents will be recognized as invalid. We remind you that within 24 months from the day of delivery of the product, consumers have the right to file a claim for a product that does not meet the terms of the contract.

We remind you that PTAL norms do not apply to cases where the product is purchased by legal entities.

In compliance with the legislative norms of the Republic of Latvia, Krustpils street 31, Riga keeps the purchase contracts concluded with the buyers in the necessary for accounting in the field.

Skold Latvia can freely develop various marketing activities.

According to clause 7, the customer has the right to refuse the purchase. In this case, Skold Latvia also returns the money spent on the purchase to the customer
